A Rich Cultural Journey
The Lebanese people started their migration to North America back in the early to mid 1930s. They arrived mainly in Mexico City and Monterey. After the long journey north, many settled in what we call today The Rio Grande Valley. Throughout these years many marriage and social integrations occurred.
We like to think of The Blue Eye Bistro as the latest beautiful thing to come from these two wonderful cultures.
